Need a healthy breakfast the whole family will love? These protein packed pancakes are delish AND good for you!

Ingredients:
Kodiak Cakes protein pancake mix (found at Target and Costco)
Milk of choice
1 egg
Cinnamon
Banana
Chia seeds
Flaxseed meal
Process:
Pre-heat skillet while mixing ingredients
Mash banana in bowl. Add 1 egg, 1 cup milk, 1 cup pancake mix. Mix together.
Add in 1 TBSP. chia seeds, 1 Tsp Flaxseed meal, and cinnamon.
Let sit 1 minute to thicken.
Use ladle to pour pancake mix on skillet. Option to add chocolate chips, blueberries, or raspberries to pancakes once on skillet.
Flip when bubbles form on top of pancake.
Add your choice of topping and enjoy!
