I'm Ambia, a new mom to the best gift God ever gave me, wife to an amazing husband, entrepreneur, artist, dreamer, & passionately driven to help you get back into the body and life you've always wanted.

I'm a born and raised SoCal girl from a small mountain town no one has heard of. I left at age 20 with my backpack and never looked back. I had eyes for everything and have always been desirous of many things.

Healthy without the hard -
Over 30 easy to make recipes with tips on meal prepping, an explanation on why plant based is the new black, and a few cheat meals as a bonus. Think of it as a little gift from me to you. We women have to stick together after all, right?

Overview
Phase one, for many people, is the only phase you will need in order to lose weight and feel good in your body again. If you have never been active, only worked out a little bit, or have gained a lot of weight like I did (60 pounds, yikes!) These first small changes will help you to see a difference in your body and how you feel.
