 When did you start working out after having your baby?

​

I started walking about a week after Adrix was born. I started working out at week 5 but between week 1 and week 5 I did some prep work to get my body ready. I explain all this in Phase 1, you can read it HERE.

What was your routine in the beginning & what’d you work up to? 

​

I went through 2 stages both in my physical fitness and my nutrition. I explain both in detail by stage on my blog.

how long did it take?!

​

It took 5 months for my weight to got back to before baby weight, but it took another month till I felt good in my skin again.

​

Did you take supplements?

​

The first month of Phase 2 I took Catalyst and Spark. Both lasted about a month and it was the only time I took it to give me a boost. I explain more about them in Phase 2.

How did you do it?

How many times a week did you work out?

​

5-6 although some days were 20 minutes long while others I got a full hour in. It depended on the big guy.

​

How much cardio v. strength training?

​

The short answer is 5 times strength for every 1 cardio. I explain more in my Phase 2 post which is coming soon.

What were you eating?

​

My nutrition changed as I went and it differs if you are breastfeeding. All my nutrition details can be found on my nutrition page HERE.
