Activating Your Glutes

During Phase 1 it's important to get the muscles firing again before you start training harder. This video goes over in detail how to activate the glute's. I use squatting as the example but this is also helpful for deadlifts, hip thrusters, and lunges as well. You can use the same activation idea for all leg moves.
